Social media safety has always been a hot topic. With all these new apps kids are on, parents are trying to figure out the best way to protect their kids without hovering and tracking their every move.
In the wake of the Nicole Lovell case that made national news, the dangers of social apps were once again brought to light. In the college era today, a lot of students use dating apps such as Tinder or Bumble and connect with people online, often with some they don’t know. In a world of living being screens whether a computer or phone, connecting with people online is a dangerous habit this generation has formed, as you never really know who is behind the profile.
