Art has been around for centuries. Paintings have existed as a form of artistic expression for hundreds of years, but photography is relatively new in the world of creativity. These two mediums are similar in many ways; they both portray a static visual scene on a rectangular two-dimensional canvas. However, the process behind them and their cultural significance in today’s world is very different. How will these two classic forms of expression coexist into the future? Will paintings fade away or will there be another renaissance to bring them back to relevance? Find out that and more on this week’s podcast.
